UPDATE: 27/05/2022

Hey there all,
If you’ve been following these popups over the last year or so you’ll be pleased to know that the covid situation here has settled down and we are operating almost like normal. This is a big relief for us as a team, however it’s not time for us to relax just yet.

We’re now facing the daunting task of catching up on all of the delays that have accumulated as a result of the last 2.5 years of lockdowns, mandatory work closures and material shortages. To achieve this task we need to do more than just get back to normal levels of production- we need to ramp up production significantly so that we can erode this backlog and get down to our usual waitlist and offer the same smooth and quick turnaround time we are known for.

For orders placed today we calculate a 10-12 week wait time. With the increases we’ve made to our production capacity we expect this to decrease by about 2 weeks every month from here onwards. This could easily be thrown out of whack by a sickness within the core team or a large spike in orders so please take this as what it is- our best estimate. We’ll be updating this popup as the situation progresses.
